Ingredients
  

  • 400 g potatoes chopped
  • 45 g butter
  • 25 g whole milk
  • 80 g cabbage finely sliced
  • 120 g leek sliced

Instructions
 

  • Boil or steam the potatoes until soft, around 15 minutes
  • In a medium pan, melt the butter over a medium heat. Once melted, add the cabbage and leek and cook until softened, around 5 minutes.
  • Add the potaoes and milk to the cabbage, season well, then mash.
