First wash the rice thoroughly, then put the rice and water into a rice cooker until cooked. Add the salt, sugar and rice vinegar to the rice.
Meanwhile, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and Chinese five spice. Fry the chicken with the sauce until cooked (5-10 minutes).
In a separate pan, fry the baby sweetcorn over a medium heat in a little oil. After around 5 minutes, add the mangetout and continue to fry for around 5 minutes until cooked.
Once all the ingredients are ready, add the cooked ingredients to bowls. Top with the carrot, spring onion and sesame seeds.
