Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • olive oil spray
  • 800 g chicken breast
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Tzatziki

  • 200 g Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp dill
  • cucumber diced
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

To Serve

  • cucumber chopped
  • 150 g baby plum tomatoes halved
  • 160 g Halkidiki / Kalamata olives
  • 4 wholemeal pitta

Instructions
 

  • For the chicken, preheat a large frying pan and lightly spray with olive oil. Slightly flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness, then add to the pan and sprinkle over the garlic powder. Fry for 5-10 min per side, until cooked through. Add the lemon juice and allow to cool.
  • Prepare the tzatziki by mixing together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Slice the cooled chicken, then serve with the tzatziki, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and pitta.
