PB&J Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 65 g oats
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ tbsp maple syrup
- 120 g soy milk
- ½ tsp strawberry jam
Instructions
- Mix the oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and soy milk together. Leave overnight in a fridge.
- Top with the jam when ready to eat (hot or cold)
