Ingredients
  

  • 65 g oats
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp peanut butter
  • ¼ tbsp maple syrup
  • 120 g soy milk
  • ½ tsp strawberry jam

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup and soy milk together. Leave overnight in a fridge.
  • Top with the jam when ready to eat (hot or cold)
