Protein Pancakes
Easy high-protein breakfast
Ingredients
- ½ banana
- 37 g oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp protein powder vanilla
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients apart from the honey in to a blender and blend until smooth
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Once warm, pour 2-3 rounds of batter on to the pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until bubbles appear and the underside is golden. Flip and cook for another minute, then transfer to a plate. Repeat until all batter is used.
- Drizzle the honey over the pancakes to serve.
