Tuna Pasta Salad
Simple healthy lunch
Ingredients
- 150 g dried wholewheat penne
- 2 cans tuna flakes drained
- 160 g canned sweetcorn drained
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- 50 g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente
- Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste and mix to combine
- Drain the pasta, then add to the bowl and mix. Serve.
